Honest review and this is not for any promotion. I have visited almost every tile shop in Trichy. Navilu was the one that satisfied our search. They have various varieties of quality tiles at decent price. They may not be cheap but they maintain standards. They have very good sales team.One Mr. Karthik helped and took care of tile selection for entire home. He was very courteous and professional. They have all varieties including natural stone, granite etc. The premium you pay is worth. They deliver it to site in best condition and I had noticed that the tiles are handled so well till they reach you. Overall if you don't want cheap tiles, and you prefer decent designs, you can head straight to Navilu.

We were looking for renovation of bathroom at Trichy sitting in Bangalore. We couldn't get right person to execute our plan and lot of small contractors were not willing to take up the work. We found Navilu Marble & Renovators in the net . Rukshana incharge of renovation responded immediately and Engineer Veteivel came up with nice design spontaneously. They inspected our premises and started the work without delay. Veteivel was in constant communication and giving me the complete details of the progress and helped me to monitor remotely. They have a very dedicated and skilled team and completed the work in time . They transformed our old bathroom to a very morden and contemporary one . Overall we are very happy and satisfied. Firstly, Rushana maam greeted us with her warm personality and she took us around the entire store explaining the products as quoted. She took extra care in describing the advantages of each Kohler fitting finish. She was only focused on satisfying the customer and satisfied we were. Navilu Marbles is one of the best showroom in trichy , as a construction manager, from my experience these shop tiles ,marbles ,granites ,sanitary wares,and other accessories is in very good quality and achieving the customers satisfaction .
Their services is too fast and prompt responding to deliver the materials on time ,price wise so cheaper than the other shops ...

Issue Resolved. Clinic MD himself interfered when I had a bad experience. Revising my rating from 1 to 5. Old review: Infra is Super good but customer care is Zero. Especially prefer choosing a different store if you are running on a timeline. They are least bothered about your timelines. Another nehative point is that though they have good variety of options but most of them are out of stock. Regret eating my couple of hours @ Navilu. Sorry for being so transparent , My intent is to share awareness and help others. Thank you
